Julie and I engaged Complete Home Performance (CHP) to remodel our entire house – kitchen (top to bottom), wood floors throughout house, fireplace, all lighting, all three bathrooms, all trim work, all new wooden doors, painting (top to bottom), electric, and water renovation as needed. CHP provided a turnkey remodeling project, so we had one interface to all the work that we had completed. Additionally, we had several minor changes in the remodeling project that Relu and his team took in stride. They adjusted with tradeoffs to ensure we stayed within the established remodeling budget. Relu had two primary workers on our remodeling project - Raphael and Daniel, and they were consistent through the entire project. Not only were they very professional but they provided suggestions along the way that were better solutions than what was envisioned by Julie and me. I would HIGHLY recommend CHP, as they exceeded all our expectations!

We contracted Complete Home Performance for a major renovation of our home. This included remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a complete redesign of the basement to include a new wine cellar. We also expanded the upper floor with an addition above the garage, which was outfitted with an elevator. Everything from the design and architectural services through to the build and craftsmanship was just perfect. Our builder was an expert engineer, and an out-of-the-box thinker who brought fresh new ideas to the project and delivered on time and on budget. I will absolutely use Complete Home Performance for any and all of the future work in my home.
